Tbh, had a good stay of 2 nights. Fairly clean, reasonable value hotel, the location was favourable and ideal adjacent to food selection, shopping malls, and Brighton Square-Food Outlets. The local staff were polite. I stayed in a spacious and brand-new room with climate control, a flat-screen TV, and coffee/tea making equipment. The breakfast had a huge variety of outstanding options, and was great.

This hotel in a convenient location just outside the bustling commercial areas is a great find. With its affordable prices, it offers excellent value for money. The attention to detail is evident in the clean rooms, complete with Febreeze-sprayed sheets. The staff is friendly and the service is top-notch. Basic amenities are provided, making for a comfortable stay. And let's not forget the breakfast included in the package, which is served in a delightful manner.
The only aspect that could be improved is the noise level in the rooms.

I recently had a great stay at this hotel just outside the bustling city center. The value for money was excellent, with clean and spacious rooms that had fresh sheets and a hint of Febreeze to keep everything smelling nice. The attentive staff made sure that everything was taken care of, and the included breakfast was a nice touch. Furthermore, I was delighted to find that it was conveniently located near the Swinburne University and Spring Shopping Mall.
One minor improvement could be to provide a hair dryer and extra rubbish can in the rooms.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast had enough options to choose from. The hotel is located near several malls and restaurants, making it easily accessible for food and shopping.
The noise level was unbearable. The walls were thin and we could hear the people next door talking and their TV blaring.
